Empowered is an exclusive retreat for women held in a space of deepening Meditation through an expansion of our Heart centre and a grounding in the Hara.

What will I discover?

You will be able to understand yourself, integrating your polarities (feminine and masculine) through experiences in the body, the emotions and consciousness, opening room to be authentic, spontaneous and free.

You will begin to heal wounds made by men, father, partners, brothers, friends, co- workers, and look at them from a new place of understanding.
You will also heal wounds made by women, mother, sisters, female friends and partners, so we can start uniting and taking care of ourselves in true sisterhood.

You will experience the joy of feeling fulfilled and whole, with no need of anything or anyone to accomplish it, deciding where you really want to take your life to.

You will be able to give yourself in your relationships with men and women from a place of abundance and not lack.

You will get to know the “shadow” and “light” aspects of the feminine and masculine archetypes, learning how they impact you and the people around you, and how to transform them in every day life.
How this process was born
Independent women and apparently with personal power, who, although having spent many years in processes of meditation and introspection, continued to relate from an unconscious "Do you love me?" That mute and omnipresent feeling of needing love, of begging for love, approval, of being needed to a greater or lesser degree, subtly permeated everything they did and said.
This is how this alchemical process arose (which also exists for men, called Osho Men Liberation Process) and which since then has helped to integrate the feminine and masculine, to live more openly, more fully, from our personal power, complete and total.
