Prem Upchara

Prem Upchara holds a M.A. in Philosophy and is trained in Ericksonian hypnosis and NLP with Ragini Elizabeth Michaels.(Seattle)
She has been a disciple of the enlightened mystic, OSHO, since 1978. Upchara has been trained as a group leader (a “transformer”) and individual session facilitator at the Mystery School in Pune, India, where the Alchemy approach was developed and practiced since 1989.
She runs the following groups designed in this School; Transforming Power; Beyond Fear; Women’s Liberation; Inner guide. In 1997 she began training in Diamond Logos Teaching with Faisal Muqaddam. (www.diamondlogos.com) In 2003 Faisal invited her to teach this approach. Since then she has been leading these groups in Italy and Spain. Croacia. South America Now also Essence through the ENNEAGRAM. She has also been trained in the Intensive Enlightenment Process (“Who is in?”) with Ganga Cording and Avikal Constantino.....she runs these groups in Europe and South America.
She has French Canadian parents, and grew up in Europe and Argentina. She now lives in Toscana, Italy. She speaks fluently English, French, Italian and Spanish.
Amina
Amina Merabet
Amina co-facilitates the process with Upchara. Being at Upchara's side coordinating and organizing this process since 2015, Amina has received direct transmission of its structure, its bases and its peculiarities.
Amina is a Laboratory Technician and worked as a Police Agent for almost a decade, specializing in citizen care and gender violence.
She has been working with women's groups for 20 years, Amina is trained in Systemic Therapy, Shock and Trauma, Zen Counseling by Svagito Liebermeister and Vedanta Suravi.
Trained in Tantra by Astiko Lopez.
She is a Holistic Belly Dance teacher, Body Therapist, Doula, Lactation Consultant and Independent Midwife in training. Since 2006, she has given workshops on Family Constellations, Tantra for women, Red Shops, and accompaniment with the Obsidian Egg. Mother of two young women, she considers herself a life apprentice.
